- Provide expertise in SASE solutions to clients in Italy.
- Educate clients on the benefits and capabilities of SASE technology.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their specific needs and provide customized solutions.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to develop strategic plans for new and existing clients.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in SASE technology.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and contribute to thought leadership initiatives.
- Support the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Conduct technical trainings and workshops for clients and internal teams.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients as needed.
- Gather feedback from clients and provide recommendations for improvement of SASE solutions.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics.
- Continuously assess and improve processes and procedures related to SASE solutions.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions, sales, and activities in CRM system.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of SASE solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with competitor offerings and market trends.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to internal teams on SASE solutions.

Strong Technical Expertise In Network Security: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Network Security Concepts And Technologies, Including Firewalls, Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems, And Virtual Private Networks.
Proficiency In Palo Alto Networks Products: As A Se Specialist, The Candidate Should Have Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Palo Alto Networks Products, Including Firewalls, Advanced Threat Detection, And Cloud Security Solutions.
Excellent Communication Skills: The Role Requires Regular Interaction With Customers, Partners, And Internal Teams. The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills, Including The Ability To Explain Complex Technical Concepts In A Clear And Concise Manner.
Significant Experience In Pre-Sales Support: The Se Specialist Will Be Responsible For Providing Technical Guidance And Support To The Sales Team. Therefore, The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Success In A Pre-Sales Or Technical Consulting Role.
Fluency In Italian And English: As This Is A Role Focused On The Italian Market, Fluency In Italian Is A Must. The Candidate Should Also Be Proficient In English, As They Will Be Required To Communicate With International Teams And Customers.
