
Regional Sales Manager - Cortex Cloud - Public sector

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth for the Cortex Cloud platform within the public sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the government market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers within target accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Utilize market knowledge and industry trends to effectively position and differentiate our product offerings.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives, while managing and forecasting pipeline accurately.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and progress to senior management.
- Stay informed about competitor activities and market conditions to proactively adjust sales strategies.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the Cortex Cloud platform and its applications within the public sector, staying up-to-date on product developments and updates.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
- Mentor and train junior sales team members, sharing best practices and providing guidance.
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times.
Extensive Sales Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Technology Industry, With A Track Record Of Consistently Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.
Strong Knowledge Of Public Sector Market: The Regional Sales Manager Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Public Sector Market, Including Government Agencies And Educational Institutions, And Be Able To Identify And Capitalize On Opportunities In This Sector.
Leadership And Team Management Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team Of Sales Professionals, Set Goals And Targets, And Drive Them Towards Success. The Candidate Should Have Previous Experience In Managing A Sales Team And Achieving Results Through Them.
