Job Description

Palo Alto Networks is seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to join our PMO team. As a global leader in cybersecurity, we are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and project management skills to oversee our organization's portfolio of programs.   1. Oversee the organization's portfolio of programs and ensure successful delivery of key initiatives.
  2. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  3. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including cross-functional teams, to ensure alignment and progress of programs.
  4. Identify and mitigate program risks and issues, and escalate as needed.
  5. Manage program resources and ensure they are allocated effectively.
  6. Monitor and report on program progress and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure program success.
  8. Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams to drive collaboration and achieve project goals.
  9. Develop and implement project management best practices and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. Act as a strategic thinker and provide innovative solutions to complex program challenges.
  11. Collaborate with other program managers and the PMO team to ensure consistency and alignment across programs.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve program management practices.
  13. Foster a positive and productive work environment and promote a culture of high performance within the team.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures and ensure program compliance.
  15. Represent the organization in a professional manner and uphold its reputation as a global leader in cybersecurity.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Program Management, Preferably In A Pmo Setting.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale, Complex Projects With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Project Management Methodologies, Tools, And Best Practices.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Influence And Negotiate With Stakeholders At All Levels.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Information Technology, Or A Related Field. Pmp Certification Is A Plus.
