- Design and Architect Prisma Cloud solutions for customers in the Americas region.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Conduct pre-sales consultations and presentations to educate customers on the benefits of Prisma Cloud.
- Serve as the main technical point of contact for customers, providing expert guidance and support throughout the sales process.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest cloud security trends and technologies, and provide recommendations for product enhancements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and marketing to ensure the successful delivery of solutions.
- Lead the deployment and implementation of Prisma Cloud for customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Provide technical training and support to customers and colleagues on Prisma Cloud features and functionality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor and driving customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and product roadmaps, based on customer feedback and market trends.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to showcase Prisma Cloud and represent the company as a subject matter expert.
- Continuously assess and improve the Prisma Cloud solution, identifying areas for optimization and innovation.
- Collaborate with the global Solutions Architect team to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Extensive Experience In Cloud Computing: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Cloud Computing, Including A Deep Understanding Of Major Cloud Providers Such As Aws, Azure, And Google Cloud Platform. They Should Also Be Familiar With Different Cloud Deployment Models And Associated Security Challenges.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Prisma Cloud: As A Solutions Architect For Prisma Cloud, The Candidate Should Have A Comprehensive Understanding Of The Product's Features, Capabilities, And Use Cases. They Should Be Able To Effectively Articulate How Prisma Cloud Can Address Specific Security Needs And Challenges For Different Types Of Organizations.
Strong Technical And Communication Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Technical Skills And Be Able To Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders. They Should Also Have Experience In Presenting And Demonstrating Products To Potential Clients And Be Comfortable In A Customer-Facing Role.
Security Expertise: A Thorough Understanding Of Modern Security Threats And Best Practices Is Crucial For This Role. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Designing And Implementing Security Solutions, As Well As A Deep Understanding Of Security Frameworks And Compliance Standards.
Business Acumen: In Addition To Technical Skills, A Prisma Cloud Solutions Architect Should Also Have A Strong Business Acumen.
