- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior members of the SDET team.

- Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues, working closely with developers to resolve them.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of high-quality, maintainable code.
- Work closely with product managers and other stakeholders to understand customer needs and provide input on product design and functionality.
- Take ownership of the quality of our products and drive continuous improvement through data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency and standardization in testing processes and practices.
- Represent the SDET team and share updates and progress with senior management.
- Adhere to company standards and procedures to ensure the security and confidentiality of our products and customers' data.
- Actively participate in recruitment efforts and help build a strong and diverse SDET team.

Extensive Experience In Software Development And Quality Assurance: The Principal Sdet Should Have A Strong Background In Software Development And Quality Assurance, With At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In The Field. They Should Be Well-Versed In Various Programming Languages And Technologies, And Have A Proven Track Record Of Delivering High-Quality Software Products.
Strong Leadership And Management Skills: As A Principal Sdet, The Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing A Team Of Software Engineers And Quality Assurance Professionals. Therefore, They Should Have Excellent Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Guide Team Members To Achieve Their Full Potential.
Expertise In Test Automation And Continuous Integration: In Today's Fast-Paced Software Development Industry, Test Automation And Continuous Integration Are Critical For Delivering High-Quality Software Products.
