- Develop and drive the product strategy and roadmap for the Core Platform & AI division, in alignment with the overall company vision and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape, and use this information to inform product decisions.
- Define and prioritize product features and requirements, and work closely with the engineering team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Lead product planning, including product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for the Core Platform & AI division, and effectively communicate product updates and developments to both internal and external audiences.
- Monitor and analyze product performance and customer feedback, and use this information to continuously improve and enhance the product offering.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for product innovation.
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings, showcasing the value and capabilities of our core platform and AI solutions.
- Champion a customer-centric mindset and ensure that customer needs and feedback are considered in all product decisions.
Extensive Experience In Product Management: The Candidate Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Product Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Core Platform And Ai Products.
Strong Technical Background: A Principal Product Manager Should Have A Strong Technical Understanding Of Core Platform And Ai Technologies, As Well As Experience Working With Cross-Functional Teams Such As Engineering, Design, And Data Science.
Strategic Thinking And Leadership Skills: The Candidate Should Be Able To Think Strategically And Provide A Clear Vision For The Core Platform And Ai Products, As Well As Lead A Team Of Product Managers And Collaborate With Other Stakeholders To Execute On That Vision.
Business Acumen And Market Knowledge: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Market Trends And Competitive Landscape In The Core Platform And Ai Space, And Be Able To Identify New Opportunities For Growth And Innovation.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Principal Product Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Communicating With A Variety Of Stakeholders, Including Executives, Customers, And Internal Teams. Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Crucial For Success In This Role.
