- Lead the development of the Data Loss Prevention (DLP) AIOps solution, utilizing your expertise in software engineering and deep learning.
- Design and implement scalable and high-performance software solutions for our DLP AIOps product.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and develop innovative solutions.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in software engineering and deep learning to continuously improve our product.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in the team, providing technical expertise and promoting best practices.
- Write clean, efficient and well-documented code that meets industry standards.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of software to ensure high quality and performance.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Work closely with product management and other stakeholders to define technical roadmap and ensure timely delivery of features.
- Actively contribute to the development and maintenance of software engineering standards and processes.
- Collaborate with other teams within the organization to ensure seamless integration of our DLP AIOps solution with other products and services.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to continuously improve our product and maintain our leadership in the cybersecurity market.
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other stakeholders to provide regular updates on project progress and raise any concerns or issues.
Extensive Software Engineering Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience As A Software Engineer, With A Strong Understanding Of Programming Languages Such As Java, C++, And Python. They Should Also Have Experience With Software Development Methodologies And Tools, As Well As A Proven Track Record Of Delivering High-Quality Software Products.
Deep Understanding Of Dlp And Aiops Technologies: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Data Loss Prevention (Dlp) Solutions And Artificial Intelligence For It Operations (Aiops) Technologies. This Includes Experience With Data Protection, Data Classification, Threat Detection, And Machine Learning Algorithms.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Principal Engineer, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Engineers And Working Closely With Cross-Functional Teams. Therefore, They Should Have Excellent Leadership Skills And The Ability To Mentor And Guide Team Members To Achieve Their Full Potential.
Experience With Cloud Technologies: Palo Alto Networks Is A Leader In Cloud Security, And The Candidate Should Have Experience With Cloud Technologies Such As Aws, Azure, And Google Cloud Platform. They Should Also Have A Good Understanding Of Cloud Security Best Practices And Be Able To Design And Develop Software For Cloud Environments.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Principal Engineer Will Be Working Closely With Product Managers, Designers, And Other Engineers, And Should Have Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills. They Should Be Able To Clearly Articulate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders And Work Effectively In A Team Environment.
