1. Serve as a subject matter expert in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) for our clients.
2. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance and recommendations on how to proactively manage their cybersecurity risks.
3. Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' current GRC practices and identify areas for improvement.
4. Develop and implement customized GRC strategies and solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.
5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in GRC to ensure our services remain relevant and effective.
6. Collaborate with other team members and departments to enhance our Proactive Services offerings and continuously improve our processes.
7. Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact for all GRC-related matters.
8. Conduct trainings and workshops for clients to educate them on GRC best practices and how to effectively implement them.
9. Provide timely and accurate reports on GRC assessments, recommendations, and progress to clients and internal stakeholders.
10. Represent Palo Alto Networks and Unit 42 at industry events and conferences, showcasing our expertise in GRC.
11. Act as a mentor to junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
12. Work remotely while maintaining strong communication and collaboration with team members and clients.
13. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and innovate our Proactive Services offerings to stay ahead in the cybersecurity industry.
