- Develop and implement strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing and growing named accounts.
- Understand the unique needs and challenges of each customer and tailor solutions to meet their specific cybersecurity needs.
- Continuously stay updated on the latest industry trends and developments to effectively advise customers and position our products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales engineers and product specialists, to deliver comprehensive solutions to customers.
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Effectively communicate the value and benefits of Palo Alto Networks' products and services to customers.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Represent Palo Alto Networks at industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and competitive landscape.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service and ensure positive customer experiences.
- Collaborate with marketing and other teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns and initiatives for named accounts.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers and build long-lasting relationships based on trust and value.
- Embrace and embody the mission and values of Palo Alto Networks in all interactions and activities.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Enterprise Sales Or Account Management In The Cybersecurity Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Success In Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Managing Key Accounts.
Strong Technical Knowledge Of Cybersecurity Products And Services, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate And Demonstrate Solutions To Clients.
Excellent Communication And Relationship-Building Skills, With The Ability To Establish And Maintain Strong Partnerships With Clients.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field, Or Equivalent Work Experience.
