- Act as the main point of contact for named accounts, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Utilize strong communication skills to effectively convey the value of our products and services to clients.
- Conduct regular meetings and check-ins with clients to assess their needs and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in the cybersecurity space in order to provide expert knowledge and advice to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to managing named accounts.
- Monitor and analyze account performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall revenue goals.
- Continuously seek out new business opportunities within existing named accounts.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Palo Alto Networks, representing our company and values in a positive and professional manner at all times.
Strong Sales Experience: A Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Technology Industry, With A Proven Track Record Of Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Targets.
Technical Knowledge: A Solid Understanding Of Cybersecurity And Networking Solutions, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate And Demonstrate Palo Alto Networks' Products And Services To Customers.
Relationship Building Skills: Excellent Interpersonal And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Key Stakeholders And Decision Makers In Named Accounts.
Strategic Thinking: The Ability To Think Strategically And Identify Business Opportunities Within Named Accounts, And Develop And Implement Effective Account Plans To Achieve Long-Term Sales Goals.
Teamwork And Collaboration: A Team Player Who Can Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Sales Engineers, Marketing, And Product Teams, To Identify And Execute On Account Strategies And Drive Revenue Growth For The Company.
