- Lead and manage a team of solutions consulting engineers, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure their success and growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve business objectives, with a focus on cybersecurity solutions.
- Provide technical expertise and leadership to the team, staying updated on the latest industry trends and advancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and success in achieving company goals.
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to define and execute sales strategies and initiatives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, providing insights and guidance to the team and clients on complex technical issues.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions to meet their requirements.
- Stay updated on competitive landscape and market trends, providing recommendations and insights to inform business decisions.
- Manage and track team performance, providing regular reports and updates to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Articulate Complex Technical Concepts To Both Technical And Non-Technical Audiences.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Computer Science, Engineering, Or Business Administration.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In A Technical Sales Or Solutions Consulting Role, Preferably In The Cybersecurity Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Network Security Technologies And Industry Trends, Including Firewalls, Intrusion Detection/Prevention, And Threat Intelligence.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Leading A Team, With The Ability To Mentor And Develop Team Members To Achieve Their Full Potential.
