- Lead and manage a team of Solutions Consultants to develop and deliver customized cybersecurity solutions for clients
- Collaborate with sales and account management teams to identify and understand clients' unique needs and requirements
- Create and implement strategic plans to drive sales and revenue growth for the solutions consulting department
- Ensure that all solutions delivered meet high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments in cybersecurity to continuously improve and advance solutions offerings
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to drive their professional growth and development
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of projects
- Monitor and manage the budget for the solutions consulting department to achieve financial targets and objectives
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote solutions and enhance brand awareness.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Technical Leadership Role, Preferably In A Solutions Consulting Or Pre-Sales Capacity.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Network Security Technologies And Solutions, Particularly With Palo Alto Networks Products.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing A Team Of Technical Professionals.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
