- Manage team performance, setting clear goals and expectations, and conducting regular performance evaluations.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Represent Palo Alto Networks at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team and the company as a whole.
- Cultivate a customer-centric mindset within the team, prioritizing the delivery of exceptional customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze team and individual performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Concepts To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Business Administration.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Technical Sales Or Solutions Consulting Role, Preferably In The Cybersecurity Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Network Security Technologies, Including Firewalls, Intrusion Detection, And Prevention Systems, And Cloud Security.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Leading A Team Of Solutions Consultants, Including Hiring, Training, And Performance Management.
