  1. Lead and manage a team of Solutions Consultants in providing innovative solutions to clients.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  3. Foster a high-performing and collaborative team culture, promoting teamwork and professional development.
  4. Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members to ensure their success and development.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices to continuously improve the team's knowledge and expertise.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and marketing, to drive successful outcomes for clients.
  8. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Palo Alto Networks' products, services, and solutions.
  9. Contribute to the development of sales strategies and product positioning by providing insights and feedback from the team's interactions with clients.
  10. Manage team performance, setting clear goals and expectations, and conducting regular performance evaluations.
  11. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  12. Represent Palo Alto Networks at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities.
  13. Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team and the company as a whole.
  14. Cultivate a customer-centric mindset within the team, prioritizing the delivery of exceptional customer experience.
  15. Monitor and analyze team and individual performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Concepts To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Business Administration.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Technical Sales Or Solutions Consulting Role, Preferably In The Cybersecurity Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Network Security Technologies, Including Firewalls, Intrusion Detection, And Prevention Systems, And Cloud Security.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Leading A Team Of Solutions Consultants, Including Hiring, Training, And Performance Management.
