  1. Lead and manage a team of customer success engineers to provide exceptional support and service to our customers.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve customer issues and concerns.
  4. Act as a point of escalation for complex technical issues and provide guidance and support to the team.
  5. Monitor customer feedback and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  6. Create and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in network security to provide expert knowledge and guidance to customers.
  8. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and best practices for customer success engineering.
  9. Collaborate with sales and account management teams to drive customer success and identify upsell opportunities.
  10. Train and onboard new team members, providing them with the necessary tools and resources to excel in their roles.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
  12. Represent Palo Alto Networks at industry events and conferences to showcase our customer success and network security expertise.

Job Qualifications
  • Demonstrated Experience In Network Security: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Network Security And A Deep Understanding Of The Latest Industry Trends And Threats. This Will Enable Them To Effectively Advise And Support Customers In Their Network Security Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills: As A Customer Success Manager, The Candidate Will Be The Primary Point Of Contact For Customers, And Therefore, They Should Possess Exceptional Communication And Customer Service Skills. This Includes The Ability To Listen Actively, Understand Customer Needs, And Effectively Communicate Solutions.

  • Technical Expertise: A Strong Technical Background In Cybersecurity And Network Engineering Is A Must For This Role. The Candidate Should Be Proficient In Network Security Technologies, Such As Firewalls, Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems, And Vpns, And Be Able To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Technical Issues.

  • Project Management Skills: As A Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Overseeing Multiple Customer Success Projects Simultaneously. Therefore, They Should Have Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Prioritize Tasks, Meet Deadlines, And Manage Resources Effectively.

  • Team Player And Leadership Skills: The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Working Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams To Achieve Common Goals. Additionally, They Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills, Such As The Ability To Motivate And Mentor Team Members, And Drive A Culture Of Excellence And Accountability.
