- Lead and manage a team of customer success engineers to provide exceptional support and service to our customers.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve customer issues and concerns.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex technical issues and provide guidance and support to the team.
- Monitor customer feedback and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Create and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in network security to provide expert knowledge and guidance to customers.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and best practices for customer success engineering.
- Collaborate with sales and account management teams to drive customer success and identify upsell opportunities.
- Train and onboard new team members, providing them with the necessary tools and resources to excel in their roles.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
- Represent Palo Alto Networks at industry events and conferences to showcase our customer success and network security expertise.
Demonstrated Experience In Network Security: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Network Security And A Deep Understanding Of The Latest Industry Trends And Threats. This Will Enable Them To Effectively Advise And Support Customers In Their Network Security Strategies.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills: As A Customer Success Manager, The Candidate Will Be The Primary Point Of Contact For Customers, And Therefore, They Should Possess Exceptional Communication And Customer Service Skills. This Includes The Ability To Listen Actively, Understand Customer Needs, And Effectively Communicate Solutions.
Technical Expertise: A Strong Technical Background In Cybersecurity And Network Engineering Is A Must For This Role.
