  12. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
  13. Continuously strive to improve and optimize sales processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Mentor and train junior sales team members, sharing best practices and providing guidance to help them achieve their goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In The Technology Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Network Security And Experience Selling Enterprise-Level Security Solutions.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
