At Palo Alto Networks, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Security Operating Platform. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and growing relationships with our Healthcare customers. We are looking for an experienced professional with a deep understanding of the Healthcare industry, a passion for technology, and proven success in sales. To be successful in this position, you must possess a high degree of initiative, have excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build relationships. You must also be highly organized and focused, with the ability to multi-task and self-manage in a highly dynamic environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with Healthcare customers.
  2. Identify and pursue opportunities to grow customer base.
  3. Educate customers about the Security Operating Platform and its features.
  4. Work with customers to develop custom solutions that meet their needs.
  5. Provide customer support and troubleshooting.
  6. Analyze customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
  7. Monitor customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Analyze industry trends to identify potential business opportunities.
  9. Build and maintain a strong knowledge of the Healthcare industry.
  10. Monitor and report on sales progress.
