  1. Provide technical expertise and strategic guidance to clients regarding our Cortex platform.
  2. Collaborate with the Presales team to drive the success of the Cortex platform.
  3. Stay up-to-date on the latest developments and trends in the cybersecurity industry.
  4. Analyze and assess clients' cybersecurity needs and provide tailored solutions.
  5. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of the Cortex platform.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their specific needs and provide ongoing support and guidance.
  7. Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  8. Develop and deliver training programs for both internal teams and clients on the Cortex platform.
  9. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify areas for improvement and differentiation.
  10. Represent Palo Alto Networks at industry events and conferences to promote the Cortex platform and our company's mission.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to continuously improve the Cortex platform.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on the Cortex platform and leverage your knowledge to support and guide the team.
  13. Mentor and train junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge of cybersecurity.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical and legal standards.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional development to stay at the cutting-edge of the cybersecurity industry.
  16. Support the company's mission to protect our customers from ever-evolving cyber threats.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge Of Cortex Products: A Domain Consultant At Palo Alto Networks Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Cortex Product Line And Its Capabilities. This Includes Hands-On Experience With Cortex Xdr, Cortex Data Lake, And Other Cortex Products.

  • Strong Technical Background: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Technical Background, With Expertise In Areas Such As Network Security, Cloud Computing, And Endpoint Protection. They Should Also Be Proficient In Various Operating Systems And Programming Languages.

  • Presales Experience: A Domain Consultant Is Responsible For Providing Pre-Sales Support To Customers, So They Should Have Proven Experience In A Presales Role. This Includes Conducting Product Demonstrations, Creating Proposals, And Responding To Rfps.

  • Industry Knowledge: The Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of The Cybersecurity Industry, Including Emerging Trends, Competitors, And Customer Needs. They Should Also Be Up-To-Date With The Latest Industry Regulations And Compliance Standards.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As A Key Interface Between The Sales Team, Engineering Team, And Customers, A Domain Consultant Should Have Excellent Communication Skills. This Includes The Ability To Articulate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders, As Well As Strong Presentation And Negotiation Skills.
