- Act as a subject matter expert on the Cortex platform and its capabilities, providing guidance and support to customers and internal teams.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and effectively communicating the value of our solutions.
- Collaborate with account executives and sales teams to identify potential opportunities and develop strategic plans for customer engagements.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of the Cortex platform.
- Analyze and assess customer environments to identify potential cybersecurity risks and develop customized solutions to address them.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies in the cybersecurity space to effectively position our products and solutions.
- Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and insights from customer engagements to help improve the Cortex platform.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and other materials to support the sales process.
- Continuously monitor and track progress of customer engagements to ensure successful outcomes and customer satisfaction.
- Represent Palo Alto Networks at industry events, conferences, and seminars to promote our brand and products.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on the Cortex platform and its features.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and other relevant information in the company's CRM system.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Palo Alto Networks' Cortex Platform And Its Various Modules, Including Cortex Xdr, Cortex Data Lake, And Cortex Hub.
Extensive Experience In Presales Or Consulting Roles, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Deploying Security Solutions For Enterprise Clients.
Strong Technical Background In Network Security And Cybersecurity, With A Deep Understanding Of Threat Intelligence, Endpoint Protection, And Incident Response.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Articulate Technical Concepts And Solutions To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
Knowledge Of Industry-Leading Frameworks And Standards Such As Mitre Att&Ck, Nist, And Cis, And The Ability To Map Cortex Solutions To These Frameworks For Potential Customers.
