  1. Provide expert guidance and support to customers in their cloud security journey.
  2. Utilize in-depth knowledge and expertise in cloud technologies to understand and address customers' unique security needs.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective cloud security solutions for customers.
  4. Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and developments in cloud security.
  5. Conduct thorough analysis of customers' existing cloud infrastructure and identify potential security risks.
  6. Advise customers on best practices for securing their cloud environments.
  7. Assist in the development and delivery of customer training and workshops related to cloud security.
  8. Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  9. Work closely with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and provide technical support during the sales process.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert for the company's cloud security solutions.
  11. Provide timely and effective customer support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  12. Continuously improve and optimize processes and procedures related to cloud security consulting.
  13. Represent the company and its values in a professional and positive manner.
  14. Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company by providing valuable insights and feedback.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong Technical Expertise: A Domain Consultant - Cloud At Palo Alto Networks Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Cloud Technologies, Such As Aws, Azure, And Google Cloud, As Well As Related Concepts Such As Virtualization, Containers, And Serverless Computing.

  • Extensive Industry Experience: A Successful Candidate For This Role Should Have Several Years Of Experience Working As A Consultant Or Architect In The Cloud Domain, Preferably In The Cybersecurity Or Network Security Industry.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As A Domain Consultant, You Will Be Required To Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders. Therefore, Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are Essential.

  • Proven Problem-Solving Abilities: In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For Identifying And Resolving Complex Issues Related To Cloud Security. Therefore, The Ability To Think Critically And Creatively To Find Innovative Solutions Is Crucial.

  • Relevant Certifications: A Domain Consultant - Cloud At Palo Alto Networks Should Possess Relevant Certifications In Cloud Technologies And Security, Such As Aws Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect, Or Certified Cloud Security Professional (Ccsp). These Certifications Demonstrate A Commitment To Continuous Learning And Staying Up-To-Date With The Latest Trends In The Industry.
