Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and passionate District Sales Manager to join the Palo Alto Networks team. The ideal candidate will have a customer-centric attitude and a strong drive for success. You must have a demonstrated ability to create, develop, and grow relationships with customers.You will be responsible for sales and customer management of an assigned district, and you will need to be comfortable with frequent travel to customer sites. You will be a leader in the field, managing and supporting an assigned sales team, and you will need to be able to work collaboratively with other departments within the organization.The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the technology industry. You should have a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, and proven sales experience. You should be comfortable working with our CRM system and have experience with developing and executing sales strategies. You should have strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and be able to work independently as well as in a team environment. You should be comfortable presenting to customers at all levels, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with customers in assigned district
  2. Manage and support an assigned sales team
  3. Create, develop, and execute sales strategies
  4. Utilize the CRM system to track customer interactions
  5. Analyze customer data to identify sales opportunities
  6. Develop and present sales presentations to customers at all levels
  7. Drive new business growth within assigned district
  8. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics
  9. Provide ongoing training and support to sales team
  10. Collaborate with other departments within the organization
  11. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape
  12. Travel to customer sites as necessary
