  1. Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and profitability through effective management of the distribution network in Africa.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with key partners and distributors in the region.
  3. Identify and evaluate new distribution opportunities to expand market reach.
  4. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform distribution strategy and decision-making.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of distribution plans with overall business objectives.
  6. Develop and manage distribution budgets and forecast sales targets.
  7. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance and support to distribution partners to achieve sales targets.
  8. Analyze sales data and provide insights and recommendations for improving distribution effectiveness.
  9. Identify and address any issues or challenges within the distribution network.
  10. Stay updated on industry developments and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate any potential risks.
  11. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote the brand and build relationships with potential partners.
  12. Serve as a mentor and coach to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  13. Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on distribution performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as ethical and legal standards.
  15. Continuously strive to enhance the company's reputation and market position in Africa.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Distribution Management, Preferably In The African Market.

  • Strong Understanding Of The African Market And Distribution Channels, Including Local Customs And Regulations.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Distribution Partnerships In The Technology Industry.
