  1. Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with Dell to drive business growth and revenue for Palo Alto Networks.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities for partnership and create innovative solutions.
  3. Utilize technical expertise to understand and communicate the value of Palo Alto Networks' offerings to Dell and their customers.
  4. Develop and execute partnership strategies to meet business objectives and targets.
  5. Lead negotiations and contract discussions with Dell to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at Dell to drive successful partnership outcomes.
  7. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential partnership opportunities.
  8. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Dell's products, services, and strategies to identify areas for collaboration.
  9. Manage and report on the performance of technical partnerships, including key metrics and success criteria.
  10. Provide leadership and guidance to a team of technical partnership managers and coordinators.
  11. Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies to identify potential partnership opportunities.
  12. Represent Palo Alto Networks at industry events and conferences to promote partnerships and build brand awareness.
  13. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to partnerships.
  14. Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges in partnership agreements.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve partnership processes and strategies to drive business growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Technical Sales: The Director Of Technical Partnerships At Palo Alto Networks Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Technical Sales, Preferably In The It Industry. This Experience Should Include Building And Maintaining Strategic Partnerships With Key Technology Companies.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Dell Technologies: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Dell's Products, Services, And Technology Solutions. This Includes Knowledge Of Dell's Hardware, Software, And Cloud Offerings, As Well As Their Target Markets And Competitive Landscape.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills: As The Primary Point Of Contact For Dell At Palo Alto Networks, The Director Of Technical Partnerships Must Have Exceptional Communication And Negotiation Skills. This Includes The Ability To Clearly Articulate Technical Concepts To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders, As Well As The Ability To Influence And Negotiate Partnerships And Deals.

  • Proven Track Record Of Partnership Success: The Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Building And Maintaining Partnerships With Technology Companies, Preferably In The It Security Industry. This Includes A Demonstrated Ability To Drive Revenue Growth And Increase Market Share Through Strategic Partnerships.

  • Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills: As A Director-Level Position, The Candidate Should Have Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team. This Includes The Ability To Set And Execute Goals, Provide Mentorship And Guidance, And Foster A Collaborative And High-Performing Team Culture.
