Job Description

Are you a dynamic and driven sales leader looking to make a significant impact in the cybersecurity industry? Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Director of Sales to join our Prisma Cloud team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and grow a high-performing sales team while driving revenue and market share for our innovative cloud security solutions.   1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets for Prisma Cloud solutions within the cybersecurity industry.
  2. Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive individual and team success.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and building relationships with key stakeholders.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and maximize sales efforts.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
  6. Utilize data and analytics to track and measure sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
  7. Act as a brand ambassador for Palo Alto Networks, promoting our solutions and building strong relationships with customers and partners.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  9. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing updates and insights on sales performance, market trends, and customer needs.
  10. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to increase brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.

  • Extensive Experience In Sales And Business Development: The Director, Sales - Prisma Cloud Should Have A Strong Background In Sales And Business Development, With A Proven Track Record Of Success In Driving Revenue Growth And Building Strong Customer Relationships.

  • Knowledge Of Cloud Security: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Cloud Security And How It Relates To The Overall Cybersecurity Landscape. This Includes Knowledge Of Industry Trends, Best Practices, And Emerging Technologies In Cloud Security.

  • Leadership And Team Management Skills: As A Director, Sales - Prisma Cloud, This Role Will Require The Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team Of Sales Professionals. The Candidate Should Have Experience In Managing And Developing High-Performing Sales Teams, As Well As The Ability To Create And Execute Sales Strategies.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Director, Sales - Prisma Cloud Will Need To Effectively Communicate With Internal Stakeholders, Customers, And Partners. This Requires Exceptional Verbal And Written Communication Skills, As Well As The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships.

  • Technical Knowledge And Business Acumen: In Addition To Sales Skills, The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Technical Understanding Of Cloud Security And How It Aligns With The Needs Of Different Industries And Businesses. This Includes The Ability To Effectively Articulate The Value Of Prisma Cloud To Both Technical And Non-Technical Audiences.
