  1. Develop and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for Cortex Vulnerability Management in alignment with the overall company strategy.
  2. Lead a team of product managers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their success and growth.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to define and deliver innovative solutions that address customer needs and drive business growth.
  4. Conduct market analysis and research to identify new trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy and roadmap.
  5. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market plans and drive product adoption and revenue growth.
  6. Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and ensure successful execution of product initiatives.
  7. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and make data-driven decisions.
  8. Monitor and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous product innovation.
  9. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts, to understand their needs and incorporate their feedback into the product roadmap.
  10. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and use this knowledge to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features.
  11. Lead and participate in product-related events, such as conferences and user groups, to promote the product and gather feedback.
  12. Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and advance their careers.
  13. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to product development and management.
  14. Represent the company as a thought leader in the cybersecurity industry and build strong relationships with key stakeholders to promote the product and company brand.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Product Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Cybersecurity Industry. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Complex Products.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Vulnerability Management: The Director Of Product Management Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Vulnerability Management, Including Industry Best Practices, Market Trends, And Competitive Landscape. They Should Also Have Experience With Vulnerability Assessment Tools And Techniques.
