Responsibilities:

1. Advise on data privacy and security matters in accordance with global privacy laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
2. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of privacy and data protection matters and implement best practices to ensure compliance.
3. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with global privacy laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
4. Provide guidance to internal teams on data privacy and security matters.
5. Develop, implement, and monitor data privacy and security policies and procedures.
6. Monitor and assess legal risks related to data privacy and security.
7. Advise on data privacy and security matters as they arise.
8. Prepare and draft legal documents, such as contracts, memos, and reports as needed.
9. Stay up-to-date on privacy and data protection trends and changes in the law.
10. Represent the company in conferences and meetings related to privacy and data protection.
