Responsibilities:
- Advise on data privacy and security matters in accordance with global privacy laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of privacy and data protection matters and implement best practices to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with global privacy laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Provide guidance to internal teams on data privacy and security matters.
- Develop, implement, and monitor data privacy and security policies and procedures.
- Monitor and assess legal risks related to data privacy and security.
- Advise on data privacy and security matters as they arise.
- Prepare and draft legal documents, such as contracts, memos, and reports as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on privacy and data protection trends and changes in the law.
- Represent the company in conferences and meetings related to privacy and data protection.
