Director of Global Security Operations Center

7. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of security tools and technologies, ensuring maximum effectiveness and efficiency.
8. Prepare and present regular reports to senior leadership on the state of security operations and any emerging risks or concerns.
9. Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge in security operations.
10. Foster a culture of security awareness and accountability throughout the organization.
11. Work closely with external partners and vendors to ensure the effectiveness and timeliness of security services and solutions.
12. Conduct regular audits and assessments of security processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
13. Manage the budget and resources for the security operations team, ensuring optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness.
14. Stay up-to-date on relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to security operations and ensure the organization's adherence.
15. Serve as a subject matter expert and represent the organization in security-related meetings, conferences, and events.
