Proactively assess lab needs and requirements (i.e. hardware, software, tools, lab network infrastructure). Procure, maintain, and manage software library used by forensic lab technicians and the professional services team. Travel to perform on-site client data collections. Guide, support, and train jr. level lab techs. Prioritize and delegate tasks/assignments to jr. lab techs as necessary and oversee to completion. Oversee forensic lab requests (via Jira) to ensure they are completed accurately and timely. Assist with Jira ticket requests as necessary. Maintain accurate chain of custody documentation.
