
Corporate Counsel – Emerging Tech Governance

- Develop and implement legal strategies to ensure compliance with emerging technology regulations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in emerging technology laws and regulations.
- Advise and collaborate with cross-functional teams on legal matters related to emerging technologies.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to provide guidance on complex legal issues.
- Review and negotiate contracts related to emerging technologies, including vendor agreements and partnerships.
- Manage and maintain relationships with external legal counsel.
- Develop internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with emerging technology regulations.
- Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to assess and mitigate legal risks related to emerging technologies.
- Create and deliver training and educational materials on emerging technology regulations and legal requirements.
- Provide legal support for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions related to emerging technologies.
- Monitor and track emerging technology legislation and regulations globally.
- Act as a subject matter expert on emerging technology governance and compliance matters.
- Assist with any other legal matters as needed to support the company's overall legal strategy.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential legal risks related to emerging technologies.
- Communicate complex legal concepts and requirements to non-legal team members in a clear and concise manner.
Juris Doctor (Jd) Degree From An Accredited Law School
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience As A Corporate Counsel, Preferably In The Technology Industry
In-Depth Knowledge Of Emerging Technologies And Their Legal Implications, Such As Ai, Cloud Computing, And Cybersecurity
Strong Understanding Of Corporate Governance Principles And Experience Advising On Corporate Governance Matters
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
