- Lead and manage the Specialized Services division within Unit 42, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and proactive cybersecurity solutions to clients.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the division, in alignment with the overall company goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain a team of highly skilled and motivated consultants, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to achieve individual and team success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and research, to develop and deliver cutting-edge cybersecurity services.
- Stay current with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve and innovate the division's offerings.
- Act as a subject matter expert in cybersecurity, providing thought leadership and expertise to both internal teams and clients.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their specific challenges.
- Ensure the division operates within the allocated budget and meets financial targets set by the company.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging existing client relationships and networking within the industry.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the division, promoting a growth mindset and a commitment to excellence.
Extensive Experience In Cybersecurity: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Strong Background In Cybersecurity, With A Deep Understanding Of The Latest Threats, Vulnerabilities, And Mitigation Strategies. They Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In The Field, With A Track Record Of Success In Managing And Delivering Specialized Services To Clients.
Proven Leadership Skills: As A Consulting Director, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Specialized Consultants. They Should Have Excellent Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Inspire And Motivate Their Team To Deliver Exceptional Results. They Should Also Have Experience In Managing Remote Teams And Ensuring Effective Communication And Collaboration.
Strong Client Management Skills: This Role Requires Frequent Interaction With Clients, Understanding Their Needs And Challenges, And Providing Tailored Solutions To Address Them. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Excellent Client Management Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders And Ensure High Levels Of Customer Satisfaction.
