- Lead and manage a team of specialized security consultants to deliver proactive and strategic services to clients in the Proactive Services Unit 42.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for the team to ensure the delivery of high-quality services that align with Palo Alto Networks' overall objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand clients' security needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest security threats and trends to continuously improve and evolve the team's service offerings.
- Ensure the team has the necessary resources and support to effectively deliver services and meet client expectations.
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities in security consulting.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and methodologies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and report on team performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other leaders to drive innovation and growth within the organization.
- Represent Palo Alto Networks as a subject matter expert in security consulting at industry events and conferences.

Extensive Experience In Cybersecurity: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Cybersecurity And A Deep Understanding Of Industry Trends, Threats, And Best Practices. This Could Include Previous Roles In Consulting, Incident Response, Threat Intelligence, Or Other Relevant Areas.
Leadership And Management Skills: As A Consulting Director, This Role Will Require Strong Leadership And Management Skills To Oversee A Team Of Specialized Consultants. The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Effectively Managing And Developing Teams To Deliver High-Quality Services To Clients.
Technical Expertise: In Order To Effectively Oversee A Team Of Consultants, The Candidate Must Have A Strong Technical Background And Be Able To Understand And Discuss Complex Cybersecurity Concepts And Solutions. This Could Include Experience In Network Security, Cloud Security, Endpoint Security, Or Other Related Areas.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: This Role Will Involve Frequent Communication With Clients, Stakeholders, And Internal Teams. The Candidate Should Possess Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills, As Well As The Ability To Deliver Presentations And Facilitate Discussions.
Proven Consulting Experience: Previous Experience In A Consulting Role, Specifically In The Cybersecurity Industry, Is A Must For This Position. The Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Proactive Services And Building Long-Term Relationships With Clients. Experience With Palo Alto Networks Products And Services Is A Plus.
