- Collaborate with channel partners to understand their technical needs and provide solutions that align with Palo Alto Networks' products and services
- Serve as a technical expert and resource for our channel partners, providing guidance and support in the pre-sales and post-sales processes
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations for potential and existing channel partners to showcase the capabilities of Palo Alto Networks' products and services
- Proactively identify and address any technical issues or challenges faced by our channel partners, working closely with internal teams to find solutions
- Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and advancements in cybersecurity to continuously improve our channel partner offerings
- Build strong relationships with channel partners and serve as a trusted advisor in all technical matters
- Participate in product trainings and certifications to maintain a deep understanding of Palo Alto Networks' products and services
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective strategies for driving channel partner success and increasing revenue
- Travel to meet with channel partners and attend industry events as needed to build and maintain relationships and promote Palo Alto Networks' solutions.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Technical Information To Both Technical And Non-Technical Audiences.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Technical Sales Or Systems Engineering Role.
Strong Knowledge And Experience With Networking, Security, And Cloud Technologies.
A Strong Understanding Of The Current Cybersecurity Landscape And Industry Trends, With The Ability To Provide Strategic Solutions To Customers.
