- Develop and execute comprehensive customer engagement strategies to drive adoption and utilization of AWS cloud services.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Conduct in-depth assessments of customer needs and identify opportunities for improvement in their cloud environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and engineering, to develop customized solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Lead and manage the implementation of cloud projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to customers on best practices for cloud security and compliance.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in cloud technology and make recommendations for product enhancements or new offerings.
- Track and report on key metrics and KPIs to measure the success of customer engagements.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing insights and recommendations to help them achieve their cloud goals.
- Continuously drive process improvement and optimization to enhance the overall customer experience.
Strong Understanding Of Aws Cloud Services And Architecture: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Aws Cloud Services And Infrastructure, Including Experience With Designing, Implementing, And Managing Complex Cloud Environments.
Project Management And Leadership Skills: As An Engagement Manager, The Candidate Should Have Experience In Managing And Leading Cross-Functional Teams, Defining Project Scope, Timelines, And Deliverables, And Ensuring Successful Project Delivery.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Role Requires Effective Communication With Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders, So The Candidate Should Have Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills, As Well As The Ability To Build Relationships With Clients.
Experience In Security And Compliance: Palo Alto Networks Places A High Emphasis On Security And Compliance, So The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Implementing And Maintaining Security Controls And Ensuring Compliance With Relevant Regulations And Standards.
