Job Description

We at Palantir Technologies are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to join our team and provide technical assistance to our internal customers. As the Desktop Support Engineer, you will be responsible for responding to support requests and resolving technical issues for our users.The ideal candidate for this role will be a motivated and self-driven individual with excellent problem-solving abilities. You should also have a customer-focused mindset and a passion for providing outstanding technical support.To be successful in this role, you must have a background in IT, a good understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems, and strong knowledge of network design and support. Experience with troubleshooting PC and Mac hardware is also essential.If you have the technical acumen and customer service skills needed to excel in this role, we would love to hear from you.
