Job Description

We're looking for an experienced and passionate Dekstop Support Engineer to join the Palantir Technologies team. Our Desktop Support Engineer will provide technical assistance to users in person, via phone, or email and will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role and a proven track record of providing excellent customer support. They should also be able to work independently and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The Desktop Support Engineer should also have a strong passion for technology and be able to think outside of the box.If you are a tech-savvy individual who is eager to learn and take on new challenges, then we would love to hear from you!
