Capture Strategist

This role requires strategic thinking, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and collaboration capabilities. The successful candidate must have a proven ability to develop and execute capture strategies on large-scale government and commercial opportunities.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Political Science, Economics, or a related field, as well as at least 5 years of experience in the federal government sales market. In addition, we are looking for someone who has a deep understanding of the federal procurement process, the ability to develop compelling sales strategies, a track record of success in capture and proposal development, and strong project management capabilities.We are looking for a Capture Strategist who is excited by the challenge of driving innovation in the government and commercial industries.
