Job Description

At Palantir Technologies, we are looking for an experienced and ambitious Account Director who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences while driving growth and business success. We are looking for an individual who is a strategic thinker, excels in problem solving and is capable of creating successful partnerships. The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, and have a minimum of 8 years of experience in a sales related role. Additionally, an ideal candidate should have a strong track record of success in sales, account management and/or customer service, and a comprehensive understanding of business objectives and customer needs.We are looking for an individual who is passionate about working in a fast-paced environment, is an excellent communicator and has the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues. The Account Director must also have a proven ability to build, manage and motivate a successful sales team. The Account Director must be self-motivated, organized, and have the ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

Job Qualifications
