We at PacSun are looking for a passionate and driven Store Manager to join our team! Our team is focused on providing the best service and products to our customers. As such, we are looking for someone who is creative, organized, and motivated to help lead our store. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that customer service standards are met, and that the store meets its financial targets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a proven track record of success in a retail setting. The successful candidate will be able to foster a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented environment. Required Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent • 3+ years of retail management experience • Strong customer service and time management skills • Ability to lead and motivate a team • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to multi-task and prioritize • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
