Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure store operations are meeting established standards and expectations.
- Oversee store inventory, stocking, and merchandising strategies to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Create and implement employee training programs to ensure employees are knowledgeable about the store's products and services.
- Monitor store performance and adjust strategies as needed to ensure optimal results.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
- Handle customer complaints and queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain knowledge of store policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
