We’re looking for an experienced and high-energy Store Manager to join the team at PacSun! Our ideal candidate will be organized, motivated, and passionate about providing an unbeatable customer experience. You’ll be responsible for leading the store team in achieving sales objectives, managing inventory and merchandising, and developing a culture of customer service excellence.To be successful in this role, you’ll need at least 3 years of experience in a retail operations leadership role. You’ll also need excellent interpersonal skills, a commitment to excellence, and an ability to think strategically and implement effective plans. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer service, and optimize store operations
- Monitor store performance and set sales targets for individual team members
- Manage stock levels and oversee inventory control
- Ensure the store team receives appropriate training and support
- Ensure the store is well-maintained and compliant with all safety regulations
- Foster an environment of customer service excellence and develop team members to reach their potential
- Monitor market trends and customer feedback and implement changes accordingly
- Lead store meetings and ensure team members are up to date on PacSun news
- Track performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Implement promotional strategies and campaigns to drive store traffic and sales
