As Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading and inspiring your staff, providing unparalleled customer service, and driving store sales and profitability. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve store sales and profitability goals.

- Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate store personnel to ensure optimal store staffing and performance.
- Monitor store inventory levels and ensure timely reordering of merchandise when necessary.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
- Analyze sales and financial data and develop action plans to address any deficiencies.
- Ensure store visual merchandising standards are maintained according to brand guidelines.
- Monitor store security and safety measures to protect against loss and theft.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with store vendors and suppliers.
