Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to join our PacSun team! As Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading and inspiring your staff, providing unparalleled customer service, and driving store sales and profitability. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and creative leader who wants to make a real impact in a growing retail business.To be successful in this role, you must possess strong leadership and communication skills, be goal-oriented, and have an eye for detail. You should also possess a natural ability to motivate and energize your team and have a strong understanding of retail operations and customer service. A Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve store sales and profitability goals.
  2. Monitor store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  3. Lead, coach, and motivate store staff to provide exceptional customer service and maximize store performance.
  4. Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate store personnel to ensure optimal store staffing and performance.
  5. Monitor store inventory levels and ensure timely reordering of merchandise when necessary.
  6. Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
  7. Analyze sales and financial data and develop action plans to address any deficiencies.
  8. Ensure store visual merchandising standards are maintained according to brand guidelines.
  9. Monitor store security and safety measures to protect against loss and theft.
  10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with store vendors and suppliers.
