Store Manager

We’re looking for a Store Manager to join the PacSun team and ensure our store runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities:

1. Lead, motivate, and inspire store team members to achieve sales goals and drive customer service excellence
2. Manage store operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies
3. Monitor inventory levels and stock shelves to ensure product availability and appropriate product mix
4. Analyze sales data to identify trends and develop strategies to maximize profits
5. Train, coach, and evaluate team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles
6. Ensure store standards and visual merchandising guidelines are met
7. Manage store expenses and budget to ensure profitability
8. Implement loss prevention strategies and monitor security cameras
9. Develop relationships with customers to build loyalty and increase sales
10. Participate in community events and other marketing activities to promote the store
