We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sr. Service Desk Manager to join our IT team here at PacSun. The ideal candidate for this role will be a detail-oriented problem solver who is passionate about ensuring our customers have an excellent experience with our products and services.To be successful in this role, you must possess a minimum of five years of experience in a technical support environment, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks is essential. Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of service desk professionals to ensure top-notch customer service.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide technical support to customers.
- Monitor customer service metrics and identify areas in need of improvement.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an inventory of IT resources and ensure their availability.
- Train and mentor staff members on customer service policies and procedures.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare reports on customer service performance and present to management.
