Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sr. Service Desk Manager to join our IT team here at PacSun. The ideal candidate for this role will be a detail-oriented problem solver who is passionate about ensuring our customers have an excellent experience with our products and services.To be successful in this role, you must possess a minimum of five years of experience in a technical support environment, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks is essential. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent service to our customers.We are eager to find an individual who is passionate about technology and takes pride in their work. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of service desk professionals to ensure top-notch customer service.
  2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide technical support to customers.
  3. Monitor customer service metrics and identify areas in need of improvement.
  4. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Maintain an inventory of IT resources and ensure their availability.
  6. Train and mentor staff members on customer service policies and procedures.
  7. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  9. Prepare reports on customer service performance and present to management.
  10. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in customer service technologies and techniques.
