Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Associate at PacSun. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service focus, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fashion. As a PacSun Sales Associate, you will work as part of a team to provide exceptional customer service while assisting customers with purchases, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise.To be successful in this role, you must have prior retail experience, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a strong knowledge of the product and fashion trends. You must also be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. An outgoing and friendly personality is a must, and you must be able to quickly build a rapport with customers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers and provide an excellent customer service experience
  2. Assist customers with purchases, answer questions, and provide product information
  3. Operate a cash register and process payments
  4. Keep track of inventory and restock shelves when necessary
  5. Adhere to company policies and procedures
  6. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their purchase
  7. Build a rapport with customers and maintain a friendly and positive attitude
  8. Stay up-to-date on fashion trends and products
  9. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  10. Monitor store sales and suggest promotions to increase revenue
