To be a successful Sales Associate at PacSun, candidates should possess the following qualifications: a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in retail sales, strong problem solving and communication skills, and the ability to adjust to a fast-paced work environment. Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in finding merchandise, answering questions, and providing a positive shopping experience • Stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and styles to effectively advise customers on product • Process customer payments and handle returns/exchanges in a timely and polite manner • Use problem solving and communication skills to address customer inquiries and complaints • Receive and stock merchandise in accordance with company guidelines • Maintain a neat and organized work area • Adjust to a fast-paced work environment and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously • Develop a thorough understanding of PacSun products and services in order to effectively market and sell the merchandise
