Sales Associate

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team at PacSun! If you have a passion for fashion and providing exceptional customer service, this is the job for you. As a Sales Associate, you’ll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and helping the store to achieve its goals.To be successful, you’ll need excellent customer service and sales skills, as well as the ability to work well in a team setting. A friendly, outgoing personality is a must. You must also be comfortable using computers and various software applications. Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
2. Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience
3. Assist customers with selecting products and making purchasing decisions
4. Answer customer questions about product details, specifications, availability, etc.
5. Assist with visual merchandising, stocking shelves, and maintaining store appearance
6. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
7. Upsell and cross-sell products to customers
8. Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
9. Adhere to all company policies and procedures
10. Work collaboratively and effectively with store team members
