Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them in finding the right product for their needs • Answer customer questions about product features and benefits • Assist customers with the purchase process, including payment and checkout • Receive and process customer payments in a timely and accurate manner • Provide exceptional customer service and build customer relationships • Maintain a clean and organized store environment • Assist with keeping the store visually appealing by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring all merchandise is presented in an attractive and organized manner • Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and product lines • Assist other sales staff members when needed • Work with other store staff to ensure customer satisfaction is met
