Job Description

Are you passionate about fashion and motivated to help customers find the perfect outfit? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organized individual to join us as a Sales Associate at PacSun. Our ideal candidate is someone with a friendly and welcoming attitude, an eye for details, and a strong knowledge of our product line.As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting customers in finding the perfect pieces to match their style. You will also be responsible for processing transactions, maintaining the store’s visual appeal, and helping to create a positive shopping experience for our customers.We are looking for someone who has a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of retail experience, and excellent communication skills. You must also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to multi-task. If you have a strong understanding of our product line and a passion for helping customers look and feel their best, then this could be the job for you.

Responsibilities:

  2. Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  3. Ensure store is visually appealing to customers.

  9. Handle customer complaints and inquiries.
  10. Track inventory and restock shelves as needed.
