The Sales Associate role requires someone who is motivated, organized, and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must also have a strong customer service focus and be able to build relationships with customers. With your expertise and enthusiasm, you will be instrumental in helping PacSun deliver an outstanding shopping experience to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner • Respond to customer inquiries, assess customer needs, and provide product information • Maintain a neat and organized shop floor • Suggest appropriate merchandise and upsell to customers • Process customer transactions and handle cash and credit card payments • Assist with merchandising, restocking, and display maintenance • Follow loss prevention and security procedures • Maintain a thorough knowledge of PacSun's products and services • Remain informed of current fashion trends and developments in the industry • Assist with inventory control, loss prevention, and overall store maintenance • Foster a positive and engaging atmosphere with customers and coworkers
