Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with customers and co-workers.
2. Greet customers and assist with product selection, customer inquiries, and other customer service needs.
3. Maintain store appearance, stock shelves, and organize merchandise.
4. Ensure all transactions are accurate and completed in a timely manner.
5. Follow store guidelines and procedures related to cash handling, returns, and exchanges.
6. Assist with store promotions, events, and marketing initiatives.
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and benefits.
8. Provide accurate and timely feedback to store management.
9. Assist with training new employees.
10. Participate in team meetings and store meetings.
