Job Description

At PacSun, we're looking for an Operations Supervisor to join our team and help take our store operations to the next level. We are looking for a highly-motivated individual with excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, while ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience for customers. This position requires a minimum of one year of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role. The Operations Supervisor should possess strong leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills, as well as the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening/closing, staffing, and inventory management

• Ensure excellent customer service is provided to all customers

• Monitor store performance and take necessary corrective action to meet store goals

• Ensure store standards are met, including visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety

• Oversee staff training and development

• Provide feedback on staff performance and address any issues

• Create and implement new procedures and processes for the store

• Monitor store sales and identify opportunities for improvement

• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new staff

• Update store policy and procedure manuals as needed

• Assist with store promotional activities and campaigns

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
